UNIverso magazine gives a voice to colleagues across Italy


Communication and transparency are key as we continue our Culture transformation throughout the Group.

And, in Italy, our printed magazine UNIverso – which keeps colleagues up to date on everything from innovation and digitalisation to ESG and business-related issues, as well as news from our People & Culture team – goes from strength to strength. The magazine is published [every month/quarter/x times per year]. 

A space for reflection, sharing and connection, UNIverso also gives a voice to colleagues across Italy to discuss initiatives they have participated in or offer valuable advice.

UNIverso aims to be a testament to our colleagues’ commitment. Here, they can share their everyday life experiences and best practice while discovering the innovations and successes we have achieved, such as new tools or completed deals. Moreover, UNIverso also allows us to relive the moments of conviviality spent among colleagues. If we want to become the Bank for Europe’s future, we must unite forces, tackle this unprecedented macroeconomic context, and prepare ourselves to manage the challenges, both internal and external, that may arise in the future.
