Our Culture Roadshow reached more than 7,000 colleagues

Taking our Culture on the road

In 2023, as we sought to further embed our Culture across Europe, our Culture Roadshow reached more than 7,000 UniCredit colleagues.

Throughout the year, the Roadshow saw senior executives from across the Group – including Group CEO Andrea Orcel, Siobhán McDonagh, Head of Group People and Culture, and Nikolina Zečić, Head of Group Culture – visit our different markets in person to deepen colleagues’ understanding of how UniCredit puts its Values of Integrity, Ownership and Caring into action both inside and outside the Bank.

Colleagues took part in meaningful discussions and activities as the Culture Roadshow landed in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy and Serbia in 2023. This followed previous successful visits to Austria, Croatia and Germany. 

For a number of these sessions, we also invited local corporate clients to share their experiences of culture within their own companies – both giving colleagues a more rounded understanding of how culture manifests in different companies and helping us strengthen our relationships with our clients.
