Women to Women initiative inspires female colleagues in Slovenia
In Slovenia, we have launched a new initiative to support female colleagues to fulfil our DE&I commitment. The Women to Women programme includes gatherings to discuss a range of topics and educational workshops in a safe and inclusive environment.
In 2023, our activities included sessions with female speakers – both from within the Group and from outside, such as entrepreneurs and professors – who discussed their career paths sharing knowledge and advice.
Our team in Slovenia was further inspired by a visit from Sara Gay, Head of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion at UniCredit Group level, during 2023. Sara’s positive energy and openness – and her sincere desire to find ideas for improving our working lives and the wider environment – was infectious.
