Improving the recruitment process
Recruiting the right people will be a crucial part of executing our UniCredit Unlocked strategy over the long term. As part of our Vision to be the bank for Europe's future, we need the right talents to ensure our collective success.
In line with our continued focus on Digital transformation and simplification throughout the bank, in 2023 we launched the Avature unified careers portal for our colleagues in Austria, Germany, and Italy.
Now with new features available for all markets, our Avature tool will support and accelerate the activities of our managers and People & Culture colleagues. It will also help us to create a better and more efficient experience for candidates. In 2024, Avature will additionally be implemented across our CE&EE banks where digital tools such as chatbots are already supporting the standard recruitment approach.
Avature supports colleagues in all phases of the recruitment process, from the editing of job posts to the screening, selection and interviewing of candidates – and right up until the hire is made and onboarded.
