UniCredit Graduate Program  is designed to kickstart applicants’ careers through a stimulating and exciting journey in one of Europe's leading financial institutions. 

In 2023, we revamped our offering by unifying all graduate programmes within our Group under the same framework, presenting vast opportunities for young people to enter the world of banking.

Based on a 12-month rotation model, the Graduate Program provides new graduates with the opportunity to work in our forward-thinking, international and supportive environment. Here, they can learn, grow, and thrive while making a real impact and supporting us in fulfilling our Purpose of Empowering Communities to Progress.

Graduates apply and complete an assessment online, with the most promising candidates then undertaking interviews with relevant UniCredit team members. Throughout their time with us, those who are successful receive on- and off-the-job learning, development initiatives, exclusive networking opportunities and international exposure – as well as a competitive compensation package and the chance to join our Global Graduates Community. 

In 2023 160 new graduates joined UniCredit Graduate Program.
