Our Digital transformation is not only important for our large corporate clients but for our smaller business customers, too. And, by improving the mobile experience for those in Hungary, we are helping them save time and money.
Based on feedback received from both our customers and our colleagues, we recognised that small businesses in Hungary did not have access to a classic mobile banking app from UniCredit. Instead, many were still accessing our services via the mobile web – a far less convenient or efficient experience.
In response, in 2023 we created and launched a new app that considered and was adapted to their needs. The feedback we have since had from our clients underlines the app’s success, with users praising features such as the ability to quickly and easily activate their business bank card. Before, such tasks could only be completed via telephone banking or in a physical branch.
