First ZabaGPT Hackathon brings innovative ideas to life
We encourage colleagues to think outside the box, especially when considering Digital transformation and simplification. To support these efforts, Zagrebačka banka in Croatia held its first internal ZabaGPT Hackathon in 2023.
The Hackathon united 45 dedicated Zaba employees who formed 10 dynamic project teams, each striving to leverage generative-AI-driven solutions for enhanced efficiency, productivity, and customer service. Aligned with our core Values – Integrity, Ownership, and Caring – the teams showed unwavering dedication, working tirelessly for 48 hours to develop and present compelling proof of concepts (POCs) of their innovative ideas.
The Hackathon produced 10 pioneering concepts that showcased our dedication to ESG principles, Digital transformation, exceeding clients’ expectations and providing recognition for our employees. The event was a testament to Zagrebačka banka's transformative journey, highlighting the bank’s dedication to shaping the future of the industry.
The ZabaGPT Hackathon also earned widespread recognition, making headlines in influential media outlets and on social media platforms
