A chance at parenthood for colleagues in Serbia

We strive to support our colleagues through every aspect of their life, including parenting.

For our colleagues in Serbia, we offer cost reimbursement up to €5,000 for one attempt at in vitro fertilisation (IVF), to take place either in the country or abroad. 

This initiative began in 2022 and, so far, 10 babies have been born as a direct result of this programme – and several other couples have started the VTO process. We support IVF as a way of providing an opportunity for colleagues to realise their ambitions to become parents – an extremely human benefit for our people.
